The Student and Academic Services Office of the Faculty of Tourism and Rural Development in Pozega primarily serves the students and teachers of the faculty. Originally established in 1998 as the Student Services of the Polytechnic in Pozega, it was reorganised on 1 October 2022 to become the Student Services within the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, Faculty of Tourism and Rural Development in Pozega.
Since the academic year 2023/2024, the department has been referred to as the Student and Academic Services Office.
The Student and Academic Services Office is an organisational unit within the Faculty focusing on providing tailored support to students. This includes assistance with enrolment applications, information about study programmes, guiding first-year and upper-year students through the enrolment process, and supporting them until completion of their studies.
The tasks of the Student and Academic Services Office include:
• Issuing all types of certificates related to student status and study progress, as well as issuing transcripts for passed exams
• Preparing certificates, diplomas and supplementary documents for students who have completed study programmes
• Handling transfers from other higher education institutions or study programmes
• Managing student leave of absence
• Conducting exam recognition
• Managing changes in student status
• Entering exam dates into Student Portal (Studomat), closing them and maintaining exam records
• Maintaining an archive of personal student files
• Standardising academic and professional titles
• Providing all other relevant information about studying at the Faculty

Student Card
You can resolve all student card issues at the Student and Academic Services Office during weekday office hours — 9:00 - 14:30.
Students who have lost or do not have their student card should bring confirmation of payment to the faculty business account for €11.70 which covers the cost of issuing a new card.
